Please respectfully understand – Wicked Pixie charges a 25% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancelled appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
At my discretion, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your desired services may not be able to be achieved or may need to be rescheduled completely.
