I understand that this is a general consultation form designed so Janette can help me choose which service options I'm best suited for. I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process or a detailed analysis of my current hair, I will need to schedule an in-person free 15-minute consultation. I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my hair goal can be achieved in one session. I understand that by submitting this form it does not mean I have an appointment booked. I understand that average wait time to get on the schedule for a New Client Service is about 2-4 weeks. I understand that maintenance appointments will be recommended on current hair goal and upkeep. Appointment gaps longer than 3 months between coloring services requires me to fill out a new color consult form, a re-evaluation of new hair goals and service options may need to be adjusted.
